Cataract and Refractive Surgery, Intraocular Lenses and Glaucoma

At our private clinic in Graz, we use state-of-the-art technology and provide a wide range of surgeries and all conservative treatments under one roof. Our specialties are cataract surgeries and the implantation of various types of intraocular lenses for patients, who wish to reduce or eliminate their dependence on glasses. We mostly carry out operations on the anterior segment of the eye: cataract surgery, refractive surgery, clear lens extraction, implantation of toric, multifocal and EDOF IOLs, diverse new special lenses for patients with macular degeneration, treatment of traumatic injuries, anterior chamber irrigations, iris reconstructions after trauma, provision of second opinions and revision surgery after operations carried out at other centers, explantation of IOLs, diverse operations on the conjunctiva and various eyelid operations. We also offer intravitreal injections for macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy (IVOM), which we carry out quickly, without any waiting time (no time delay) and thus more effectively.

In addition, we hold a special weekly clinic for cataract and refractive surgery and a glaucoma clinic including all special investigations and exams.

Quality is top priority for us!

Besides our professional expertise and access to the best medical technology currently available, we also place particular importance on making time for in-depth doctor-patient consultations.

It is important to us that our practice is a place of calm, with no hectic or time pressure. To allow sufficient time for the necessary examinations and the subsequent informed consent consultation with the doctor, please call +43-316-331 3880 (secretary’s office) to arrange an appointment.

When you come here for the first time...

We kindly request that when you come to our practice for your first appointment (initial examination), you bring with you any previous findings (from other hospitals or practices). If you have complex, chronic, persistent symptoms or problems with complications from operations carried out elsewhere, then it is especially important for us to have the previous findings and operation reports from these other centers, so that we can help you more quickly and effectively. This will give us a better overview of your history and enable us to understand how your problems arose, devise a treatment plan and, if necessary, carry out revision surgery.

Our motto is and remains the same: We will only be satisfied when your vision is good.

We’ll SEE you in our practice!
