Appointments are scheduled by prior arrangement only via phone at +43 316 331 38 80. Please note that personal appointments can be arranged exclusively during the telephone consultation hours listed below:

Important Information Regarding Appointments
Our medical assistants make every effort to answer each call personally and to assist you with any questions or organizational matters.
As they also coordinate the daily workflow of the practice and may be engaged in longer conversations with patients, the phone line may be temporarily busy during peak times. If this occurs, please try again shortly or feel free to contact us by email.
We also kindly ask that you schedule your appointments well in advance, as this allows us to offer a greater selection of available dates. Short-notice appointments may be limited depending on current capacity.

Information for Your Appointment
Please bring all your glasses, any existing medical reports, and —if you wear contact lenses —your contact lenses in their case and not in your eyes to your appointment.
Important: After pupil-dilating eye drops have been administered, you should not actively drive a vehicle for approximately one hour. We also recommend bringing sunglasses, as light sensitivity may occurafterwards.
A cafeteria is located directly next door, allowing you to wait comfortably until driving is possible again. Alternatively, we recommend arriving by public transportation!
How to Find Us
- By car: From Glacis or Heinrichstraße via Geidorfplatz into Bergmanngasse towards Andritz, then turn right into Kreuzgasse. A parking garage and parking spaces are available.
- By bus: GVB Line 39 (direction to: Wirtschaftskammer – WIFI).
- On foot: Approximately 7 minutes from Geidorfplatz.
Location Within the Clinic
Our practice is located on the ground floor of the Privatklinikder Kreuzschwestern Graz.
Clear signage is available throughout the building. In addition, a reception desk is located at the main entrance, where staff will be happy to assist you if you have any questions or require support.The clinic is fully accessible, with ramps and elevators available for wheelchair users.
